Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale".

  • Perishable goods and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will arrange pickup in Dubai (fees may apply for other Emirates).

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 7-10 business days via bank transfer or store credit.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or wallet credit.
